We were told our room wasn't ready, and that we would get a phone call when it was. Once inside ,The line to check in looked like a line to get on a ride at Disney !! The girl that helped us had an attitude problem.
Valet parking guys looked like it was the first day on the job ! Made us sit for around 15 minutes while they moved one cone at a time. Went to see Sebastian, show was awesome, couldn't say the same about overall Fox Tower experience.
